X.ai is ready to compete with Open AI
In such an advanced era, not only is technology getting more sophisticated, but the intelligence war is getting more intense right now. Many Ai are formed such as: ChatGPT, Open Ai, Google.Ai and many more. Not to be outdone, Elon Musk also founded a company engaged in artificial intelligence called X.Ai. The company, which Nevada filings show was founded last month, currently has Musk as its director and Jared Birchall, director of the Musk family office, listed as its secretary. The filing, which The Verge also obtained, shows that Musk had founded the business on March 9, 2023.
Elon Musk's intention to establish X.Ai aims to compete with Microsoft's supported OpenAI. Musk is even reportedly seeking funding from SpaceX and Tesla investors to start up the company.
Musk has publicly opposed OpenAI, the AI organization he co-founded in 2015 but left in 2018, and recently signed a letter calling for a break on "giant AI experiments." In recent months, OpenAI has become a well-known name behind technologies like ChatGPT and GPT-4 and is partly responsible for starting Microsoft and Google's current push to integrate AI tools more deeply into many of their products.
