Face Recognition System
Basically, a face recognition system can be described as the process of dealing with a face captured on video in real-time with a database of previously stored facial images. The faces collected in the database can be divided into two categories. First, referred to as a "white list" is a list of people who are accepted at a particular location and usually consists of employees, important guests, VIP customers, etc. Lastly is the "blacklist", containing unwanted individuals. Each result of the “blacklist” will trigger an alarm so that the alarm will sound on the system.
This facial recognition system can be integrated with existing access control systems, increasing security and functionality. For example, an employee who appears at the office entrance can be allowed in by the system, while a "blacklisted" person or an unknown person will send an alert sent to the control center immediately.
